Sometimes you really gotta see a band live for it to really sink in. I didn't "get" this band till I saw them live with Brujeria. Really great set of grinding/thrashing metal. Looking forward to seeing this band get bigger/better.

New Jersey false grind band released their new full album entitled Habitual Self-Abuse, 11 tracks and a little over 20 minutes of a mix of typical New Jersey hardcore with slammmetal and grind passages, I liked it a lot!

This is without a doubt my favorite album of the year(as far as grindcore goes)! And probably the most engaging grindcore album I’ve ever heard. Barely listened to the singles I wasn’t real excited about this album coming out and it just beat the fuck out of me for it. I loved every second of it. 🥲 The further along in this you get, the better it gets, and is great for repeated listens. Never thought I’d feel this strongly about this genre. Although, this is more than just grindcore.
